Our special biscotti are made with chickpeas and nuts as a base. They are grain free and baked at temperatures below 100ºC to ensure all the nutrients including the prebiotic FOS compounds are well preserved and no acrylamides or AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products) are created.
What makes them even more extraordinary is that they are just as delicious crumbled up as granola or as a topper for your Açai bowl.
